His areas of interest include Business and Society, Economic Reforms in Transition Economies (India and China), Spirituality and Self Development and Leadership Development, Outsourcing and Creativity and Innovation.His latest book on Growing Leaders (co-authored) is likely to be released in 2016. He is also completing a volume on Management Insights from Indian Spirituality: Investigations from the Epics for Managers.
